Since day one, the owner was very on task and made the whole experience feel organized and smooth. We did the press-in flowers and charm bar and it was honestly the cutest experience ever. The vibe is super welcoming, everything is well put together, and she makes you feel really comfortable. Such a unique and relaxing activity — I’ll definitely be back! ✨

I can’t recommend the creative touch team and Jackie enough. They go above and beyond in every order. The quality, the customer service and the dedication is exemplary. As a long distance gift she made sure to meet my every demand and make it special. This order was a 4 day order of single flowers and letters with a big bouquet on the last day and she was very communicative and really thoughtful through it all. Jackie you are amazing! Thank you for everything you do!

I recently received the most stunning floral arrangement ! The arrangement featured a gorgeous color scheme of deep red roses, soft blue hydrangeas, and vibrant purple blooms. The flowers were artfully arranged in a rounded shape that perfectly complemented the unique round vase. Speaking of the vase—it was a showstopper in itself! It was decorated with little gold birthday candles and paired beautifully with the gold "Happy Birthday" sign nestled among the flowers. Every detail was so well thought out, from the harmonious colors to the playful yet elegant touches that set this arrangement apart from anything I’ve seen from other florists. It felt personal, creative, and truly one of a kind. If you’re looking for a florist who puts care, creativity, and heart into their arrangements, I cannot recommend her enough. This was truly a birthday gift to remember!
